Sarah Johnson, LMFT-A
I believe that therapy is a place to grow and to learn more about who you are as a person in a safe environment. My hope is to help you navigate life in the best way and help you become the best version of yourself. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, grief, processing through divorce, and any change of life scenarios. I use a mixture of Emotion-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy while also incorporating mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and attachment therapy.
I currently hold licensure in North Carolina as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I received my Master of Arts in Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. I have worked with college students and young adults to help with transitions in life.
I offer in-person and telehealth sessions.
