Finding the right therapist can be a difficult task, I want to say thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey.  I am Alexis Richardson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who specializes in working with Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults. Alexis graduated with her Masters in Social Work from North Carolina Central University. I specialize in individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, school issues, and stress management. I have experience in both individual and group therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and caring environment while facilitating sessions on coping skills, identifying triggers, grounding techniques and so much more to help you on your journey!
