We all have experienced stress and some trauma in our lives that leaves us at times feeling lost. We go through life sometimes looking for direction and wanting to feel. In my practice, I will work with you so you can go from surviving to thriving. Therapy is an opportunity for you to grow from your experiences so that you can be a better version of yourself. My practice is non-judgmental and welcomes all people. I use a culturally sensitive humanistic approach to person-centered, strength-based therapy, incorporating many therapeutic models such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches. However, I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual client's particular needs.

I am a compassionate therapist, that enjoys assisting people to meet their goals. In my practice, I strive to create a space that is safe and non-judgmental in a client centered-manner. I use different therapeutic techniques depending on my client’s needs. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Approach, and Motivational Interviewing. When working with clients my goal is to develop an understanding of my client’s needs and figure out the best way to service them.
I believe in the resilience and strength of people to overcome obstacles and boundaries that they are faced in life. I enjoy working with young adults, adults, couples, and families. During the therapeutic process, you will be able to break old patterns and make meaningful and lasting changes in your life.
